The end of 2010 was a busy period for Z* and the trend has continued during the first two months of 2011 and we remain optimistic about the remainder of the year. During the six month period ending February 2011 more than 80% of Z*’s earnings were derived from projects outside South Africa although the bulk of our work remains within Southern Africa. Once again Z* attended the Mining Indaba in Cape Town where the overall mood was very optimistic and as usual quite frenetic. Z* have entered into a long term contract to deliver consulting services to the Debswana Diamond Company and are in the process of renewing similar agreements with other De Beers operations.
