Angolan geologists have commenced the second practical phase of specialist training in sampling optimisation and mineral resource estimation, this time at the Z* Cape Town office. This follows an initial training phase completed on site in Angola. Despite the language challenges (translation was needed from English to Russian and then Portuguese and, at times, back again) the course was hailed as a great success with participants pleased with their new understanding of the sampling and evaluation of diamond deposits.
